**The London Borough of Bromley is looking to recruit an ASYE Assessor**

Job title - ASYE Assessor up to Rate - £35 per hour

**General Brief Description of the Role**
- Lead and record the direct observations

Lead and record four direct observations - 1.5 hour for each direct observation - MAX 6 HOURS OF WORK
- Prepare the Record of Support and Progressive Assessment at 3, 6, 9, and 11 month.
- Quality assure portfolio’s prior to each internal moderation submission.
- Reflect and respond to comments made in the internal moderation submission and support the NQSW to do the same.
- Engage in 3-way meetings with Team Manager and NQSW to contribute to the progressive assessment process. This will ensure alignment of thinking and allow the Team Manager to contribute to the assessment of the NQSW.
- Lead reflective 1:1 sessions (adhoc requirement)
- Lead on 4 direct observations for each NQSW.

Must be:

- social work qualified
- hold PEPS2 qualification (or recognised equivalent)

UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 42 HOURS PER NQSW SUPPORTED Up to 7 ASYE Assessors may be required.
