The IPV Training Specialist as a member of the International Pharmacovigilance (IPV) group supports support the delivery of high-quality Pharmacovigilance services by coordinating, delivering, and tracking training to employees, Distributors (InternationalPartner Markets), and contracted Vendors. Training will include new employee on-boarding, program specific training and ongoing staff training.
- Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques and modalities.
- Monitor trainees' training performance and providing feedback to Management.
- Perform administrative tasks such as:

- coordinating and scheduling classes and enrolment
- maintaining continuing education requirements
- ensuring all employee and client training is administered and tracked via training management system
- producing regular and ad hoc training reports to ensure compliance to KPIs
- investigate and address training compliance issues with employees
- gather and document training requirements from meetings and feedback
- perform ongoing day to day tasks including coordination of training services, meetings and ad hoc projects to meet business needs
- Attend routine PV meetings for training purposes.
- Investigate to expeditiously address questions and resolve issues.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Highly motivated and a self-starter
- Good written and verbal communication skills including.
- Good technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation and communications. Good presentation and analytical skills.
- Strong Information Technology (IT skills); familiar with common software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

**Minimum Education Requirements**
- Minimum of bachelor's level degree. In a Science or Healthcare related area is preferred

**Minimum experience required to perform the job**
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required
- Experience of working with electronic learning management systems is preferred
- Experience of working in the Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred
- Experience in drug safety/PV is preferred
