Y ou are IT literate and competent using Auditbase and DATIX to input data and produce reports analys ing issues and develop ing action plans for service improvement. You have experience of implementing quality improvement initiatives in the workplace.
You will communicate calmly, effectively and reassuringly with service users and will make them feel heard and understood. You will hav e your own caseload of patients, and will be involved in training students.
Hear ing assessment and management of complex adult patie nts including those with learning disabilities
Vestibular assessment and rehabilitation
Tinnitus service oversight
Line management of other audiologists within the team
Leading in quality improvement and service development work

**The “must haves” for this role**:
Registered (or ready to register) as a Clinical Scientist
Post-qualification experience of working with complex adult patients
Experience supervising students and line management
Dedicated to quality improvement and service development
Excellent communication skills
