This role requires effective communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude, as you may be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cleaning services.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, which can include; offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and your team to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding positively to client feedback and requests.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A proactive attitude with the drive to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Further details**

You can be expected to work Monday - Friday **Evenings** between the hours of **6.00pm
- 8.00pm.**

Overtime is often available should you wish.

You can be expected to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in Buckley, along side another team member. Wednesday and Friday in Chester working alone. The Friday evening shift can be done anytime over the weekend should you wish.

You would be a key holder for the office clean in Chester.

In house monthly bonus's for performance

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.41-£12.90 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
