This supply chain service provider is working with a number of innovative and growing brands supporting them to deliver excellent product availability for their retail customer base. The purpose of the Supply Chain Operations Team Leader is to ensure the effective delivery of the day to day operational Supply Chain service to the required customer service and internal performance levels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To effectively lead, engage and manage a team of Supply Chain Co-Ordinators and Analysts, reporting on forecast, inventory, and fulfilment for multiple customers
- Deliver onboarding of new clients into agreed operational processes
- Identify opportunities for process and performance improvement
- Ensure that the team are compliant with time recording and workflow systems
- To proactively support the team’s learning and development both technically and commercially.
- Conducts Team Meetings to update employees on best practices and continuing expectations
- Ability to prioritise and organise workloads to ensure personal and departmental deadlines are adhered to

**Experience and Skill Requirements**:
- Proven track record of managing and motivating team in a similar management role
- Proficient in use of accounting software and have worked with preferably QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
- Proficient and experienced using MS Excel in an operations role
- Would suit an Account Manager used to working with multiple customers
You’ll be committed to good customer service and be able to work with accuracy and confidence with people at all levels in the business, having worked in a similar role previously. You will be numerate (equivalent to GCSE grade C or 5+) and have good knowledge of MS office, particularly with Excel and also preferably some accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero, Sage)
