A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Pot wash Supervisor to join the team and work at our client’s prestigious site.

**Duties as a Pot Wash Supervisor**:
- Management of the Pot Wash staff and operation- Report directly to the Site Cleaning Manager- Implementation and management of weekly rotas- Management of issues and concerns that arise within Pot wash area- Liaison between IFS customer- Responsible for arranging holiday cover and absence cover within Pot wash area- Collection and separation of dirty cutlery, bowls, dishes, plates, mugs, glasses and cups etc., from restaurant trolley- Loading and emptying of all dishes into dish washing machine- Empty all bins and waste to allocated waste area- Ensure floor is kept free of liquid and food- Ensure all Plate Warmers are dried using Microfibre Cloths- Responsible for the cleaning of the pot wash area at close down to include Wash down work surfaces, put washers on for a full cycle and remove dish and pot washer filters, clean and replace- Wipe outside surface of washers and clean the servery distribution and collection trolleys- Wipe down walls to wash up areas and sweep floor area and place large debris in waste bin- Wash floor using degreasing solution, ensuring it is left clean and tidy
