**About Us**: Sinclair Hammelton is a leading estate agency dedicated to providing outstanding service in residential sales and property management. We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic New Homes department.

**Job Summary**: As a Sales Administrator in our New Homes department, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team, managing sales progression, and ensuring transaction success from initiation to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team in administrative tasks and client management.
- Handle sales progression, ensuring each transaction moves forward efficiently.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including buyers, solicitors, and financial institutions.
- Maintain and update sales records and client information databases.
- Assist in achieving banking milestones and targets for the department.
- Provide backup and support for the residential team as needed.

**Compensation**:

- A basic salary of £20,000 per annum.
- On-target earnings ranging between £30,000 - £35,000, including bonuses:

- £500 bonus on achieving £300,000 turnover.
- Additional £500 bonus on reaching £350,000 turnover.
- £250 per successful transaction.
- £500 bonus on banking £150,000.
- £1,000 bonus on banking £200,000.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales administration, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain flexible under pressure.
- Proficiency in standard office software and CRM systems.
