**Production Operative** based at our meat processing plant Celtica, in Cross Hands.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare and produce mixes in a controlled environment to exact recipes according to daily orders and traceability
- Ensure all prestart checks are completed
- Be vigilant in checking quality
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and Food Hygiene practices
- Adherence to Health and Safety practices and standards in line with current legislation ensuring your work area is clutter free and safe
- Follow and monitor a daily and weekly cleaning schedule
- Maintain stock rotation according to correct storage of food products
- Observe the correct method and implementation of packaging and labelling
**What we offer**:
- Full time contract working Sunday-Thursday 15:00-01:00 (some flexibility is available)
- £31,192.20
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays. You may be expected to work some Bank Holidays.
