**Position**:Senior Support Worker (Learning disability preferred)
**Location**:Bungay NR35

**Pay rate: up to £11.00 p/hour DOE**

**Day shifts - 42 hours per week - 7.00am to 9.00pm - 3 days a week**

**Night shifts - 35 hour per week - 9.00pm to 7.00am - 7 nights on then 7 nights off**

The Care Home provides support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs who would benefit from living in a more peaceful setting.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a valued member of our care family, you'll work within our care home environment delivering high-quality to the residents. Working as part of the care team, you'll recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.

**CRITERIA / PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Good leadership skills with at least 6 months experience working as a senior
- A good team player,
- NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards,

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bungay NR35: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
- Care home: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)

Shift availability:
