We are a small, dynamic, fast-growing, international events company producing specialist conferences, workshops, and exhibitions in the UK, US, and Canada. We firmly believe that a business’s success is down to its people and are seeking ambitious, self-motivated individuals no matter what your level of experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaising with speakers, and delegates
- Updating event details (internally and on our websites)
- Fulfilling sponsor and exhibitor packages
- Supporting and liaising with the MD
- Educated to at least A level
- Administrative experience is preferred but not essential
This role is pivotal to the business and at times, a lot of information will be communicated at a fast pace, which in turn creates high-pressure situations. Therefore, the ability to maintain attention to detail when under pressure is absolutely key.
**Skills, experience and qualifications**
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to react fast to changing information to ensure event details remain current
- Solid Excel, Word and online “web based” PC skills
- Educated to a minimum of A level or degree
- Keen to grow with the company
- Administrative experience preferred but not essential
