Our client are a global company that work closely with airlines across the world. Due to exciting plans for growth, they are seeking a Recruitment Analyst to join and support a busy team with reporting and analysis across the Manchester site. This is a greatopportunity for someone who is really data driven with strong Excel skills and an interest in recruitment. The role is based in Wythenshawe.
**Description**
The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Analyst are responsibility for compliance administration, ensuring statutory requirements are adhered to, maintaining employee records on databases, liaising with recruitment agencies, onboarding workers, runningand providing reports, tracking worker length of service, completing general administration and filing for the team, handling telephone queries when needed, supporting onboarding processes and supporting on an ad hoc basis. The role is based in Wythenshawe.
