Property Management Assistant

**Overview**
We are seeking an individual to join our busy Property Management Team, working from our head office in East Kilbride. We are Scotland's only dedicated retirement management company, looking after developments and homeowners across the country.
We are very focused on providing a leading service and building relationships with our retired clients. This role requires no selling but high levels of organisation, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
The role will include the opportunity to visit our clients and spent time at residential developments, so a driving licence is essential.
**Duties**
- Answering telephones and making daily welfare calls to clients
- General Office Administration
- Issuing Work Orders and Liaising with Contractors
- Supporting our Operations Department
- Diary Management
- Assisting our Business Development Team
- Minute / note taking at Owner Meetings
- Assist with site visitation and meeting owners
**Experience**
- Previous experience within a busy office environment is preferred
- Strong IT and administration skills are essential
- Excellent customer service skills essential
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Interest in property preferred
