Gas Operations Manager

We are actively looking for a Gas Operations Manager to join a social housing contractor on a permanent basis to run the service and repairs team. In return you will receive, company car, bonus of around £20,000 annually and career progression.
**As the Gas Operations Manager, you will be**:
- Responsible for managing site-based activities to ensure the service and repairs contract are delivered within budget and to client satisfaction.
- Managing the gas team from contract managers to engineers supporting and training where needed.
- Leading the financial side of the contract including budgets and forecasts.
- Representing the company at site meetings and managing the client process from start to finish in regards to progress and cost.
**Experience and qualifications**:
- Social housing experience working as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Experience managing the budget and forecast on a contract/s
- ACS Gas safe registered
- Driven and motivated to support team and wider business

**As the Gas Operations Manager, you will receive**:
- £45,000-£55,000
- Company car
- Annual bonus of £20,000
