We are looking for a Shipping Administrator to join our client, one of the UK's leading providers of bespoke homeware and furniture for retailers based in Sutton.

As Shipping Administrator, you are responsible for successfully managing all aspects of the inbound freight logistics. You will report to the Operations Manager, and work as part of the operations team to create, develop and drive performance and operationalstandards and become a specialist in the field of shipping compliance whilst liaising with internal quality teams to help facilitate pre-dispatch inspections at the factory source, and coordinate the collection of goods.

To be considered for the role of a Shipping Administrator you need to demonstrate the following relevant skills:

- A Logistics supply chain background
- Shipping experience
- Good IT skills using excel
- Knowledge of orderwise
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Import/ Export knowledge and understanding
- Previous employment in warehousing/ stock control
- Minimum 2 years' experience within procurement, purchasing or a logistics role
