As the **Training Centre Logistics Coordinator** you will support the coordination, development, documentation and implementation of technical competencies within the Global Competence Management System.
- Responsible for sourcing and obtaining necessary materials, spares, tools or items required. This includes obtaining quotes, adding Suppliers / Vendors to the purchasing system, generating Purchase Orders and submitting invoices for payment.
- Responsible for arranging and maintaining the necessary permits / licenses required (e.g. MMO permits, The Crown Estate Seabed License, etc) and liaising with relevant Governmental Agencies (e.g. Valuation Office Agency).
- Responsible for local travel and accommodation arrangements and bookings, as required by visiting staff or Course Attendees. This includes liaison with the relevant suppliers in the event of any issues / problems arising.
- Supporting the maintenance and upkeep of associated resources, ensuring that these are in safe / good working order and fit for designated purpose.
- Responsible for the day-to-day welfare needs.
- Administration duties to support the coordination, development, documentation and implementation of technical competencies within the Global Competence Management System.

To be successful in this role of **Training Centre Logistics Coordinator**we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

- Minimum of Level 3 Certificate / Award in a relevant discipline or relevant military training and experience
- Good communication skills (oral & written) in English
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Resilience and adaptability, with a proven ability to work as part of a small team and independently
- Willingness to learn new skills appropriate to the position.
