**Part time SPA RECEPTIONIST**

**The Place**

Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa, part of Alexander Hotels a private group of quality hotels of distinction just outside London.

4 Star, Award winning Utopia Spa, 38 bedroom hotel together with the Clockhouse banqueting suite and Pavilion conference venue all within the grounds of 15 acres of beautiful gardens.

Our luxury Utopia Spa at the 4 Star Rowhill Grange Hotel is part of Alexander Hotels a private collection of quality hotels of distinction just outside London.

Spread across 2 floors of pools, bubble tub, sauna and steam rooms, it offers relaxation to guests by the pool, in the hydrotherapy pool or under the monsoon showers, or in our new relaxation room.

We have 19 treatment rooms including a double treatment room as well as a gym, hair spa and beautiful gardens and grounds.

**The Role**

Spa Receptionist is required to work with our small, dedicated team to ensure from welcome to departure our Spa guests, members and residents have a relaxing enjoyable experience at our Utopia Spa. Main Duties include;
- Welcoming guests, residents, and members to the Utopia Spa
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Taking individual treatment bookings
- Showing guests around the facilities on arrival
- Liaising with food and beverage departments for guests’ lunch/tea orders
- Liaising with therapists and the Spa Manager with reference to client’s schedules and last-minute booking changes
- Compiling bills for Spa Guests before departure
- Computer and manual completion of administration duties
- Completing the daily balancing/banking for the spa ready for the accounts team
- Adherence to Mystery Guest Standards criteria throughout the working day
**Requirements**:

- Excellent personal presentation
- A genuine interest in Spas and Beauty
- Computer literate and good attention to detail in admin
- Previous beauty knowledge a distinct advantage
- Ability to work shifts and weekends. 20 hrs per week, 3 days. A shift will be completed between the hours of 6.30am and 9pm, with various start and finish times
**Salary & Benefits**

£10,140 per annum (£9.75 per hour) + bonus potential of £720 per annum, paid monthly.
