**This opportunity is for part time Customer Welcome Host vacancies only. This is will 17.5 hours a week over 2 days.**

Key responsibilities of the role include;
- Greeting customers at the gatelines and directing them to where they're going
- Checking customer train tickets as they pass through the gate
- Delivering outstanding levels of service to our customers at all times
- Providing customers with advice and guidance as necessary
- Supporting on the platform when required to assist passengers
