Business Unit Coordinator

Job Purpose:
To provide a comprehensive and flexible support service to the Alliance Director and the Senior Management Team, together with the central coordination of the account processes that relate to: RFI/RFPs and sales growth opportunities; key operational procedures; people initiatives; and the projects business.
Key Tasks:
Ensure business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the Business Unit.
Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across the Business Unit.
Arrange all Contract Review Meetings throughout the year for all Contract Managers.
Completion of Business Unit Review Pack each month ahead of Business Unit Review.
Annual Report and QBR participation.
Management of all QHSE online reporting (e.g. Hazards, SMOW, Audits etc.)
Fleet management for BU, including: liaison with Lex Autolease for servicing and MOT dates, vehicle lease renewals and extensions, short-term hire agreements (EuropCar), fuel card maintenance, accident reporting, documentation relating to repairs and liaison with Vehicle Operators Bureau regarding the Coach and Minibus license.
Ordering of the accounts IT equipment and updating the asset register with each new purchase.
Management of the Debt reporting.
Control of the employee engagement calendar ensuring this is up to date.
Ensure the office has an adequate stationery supply.
Tracking of all holidays and sickness for Senior Management Team on behalf of Alliance Director.
Ensure staffing structures on all contracts are updated when requested.
Ad-hoc event management upon request.
Working with operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues.
Promoting and maintaining the core values of CBRE.
Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and other publications, as appropriate.
Provide a learning environment, and appropriate training and development planning. Ensure basic training needs are delivered, employees are fully competent to undertake their roles, and are able to reach their full future potential.
To assist with all sales opportunities for the Business Unit. Supporting the sales team throughout the sales process.
Ensure the completion of all pre-qualifying questionnaires for the Business Unit.
To assist in the production of supporting sales literature, including (but not limited to), ITT, RFP, RFI and sales brochures.
Support of Mobilisation as and when required
To provide coordination and support to the management teams for account-wide initiatives, as requested by the Alliance Director, covering: people; operations; financial; and commercial management.
Education
Good standard of Further Education.

Excellent attention to detail.
Working within a busy office environment, supporting office teams in order to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Provide accurate administration of all business records.
Find and obtain information and documents quickly.
Highly efficient in the use of all Microsoft programmes.
Quickly learn about new in-house systems.
Working with data and Power BI dashboards
Knowledge
Good knowledge of Business Unit and wider CBRE.
Company, QHSE and People policies & procedures.

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
