Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analyses of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on findings and recommendations.
- Communicating and escalating to line management as appropriate

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Domain knowledge in capital markets
- Knowledge of capital markets
- Experience of digital tooling such as alteryx or power BI would be beneficial but not essential.
