Ysgol Gymraeg Parc y Tywyn Headteacher and Governors would like to employ a dedicated and responsible Lunchtime Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of daily lunchtime routines, encourage pupils to eat and try new foods, oversee pupil behaviour, and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all students during the lunch hour.

The role is Monday to Friday, term time only, ideal for fitting around family commitments or other roles within the school.

We are looking for someone who has:

- The ability to remain calm and build positive relationships with children and adults based on mutual respect.
- Knowledge of basic food safety (advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also need:

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexibility and a readiness to assist with other catering requirements.

**DBS level**:


**Welsh language level - verbal**
- Level 2 - You will need a basic level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
