- ** Salary - £28,881 per annum**:

- You’ll have the opportunity to volunteer for overtime, paid at time and a half, and callout duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support our repairs and maintenance department, ensuring our homes meet the highest standards for our customers.
- Jobs are planned for you by our Work Planners so you can concentrate on carrying out repairs to a high standard, ensuring ‘right first time’ wherever possible.
- Work primarily in the vibrant Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond.
- Contribute to our TradePlus scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**About You**:

- Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.
- Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn. We use mobile and hand-held devices to allocate jobs and for you to record your completion of work.
- Have relevant experience in the trade and/or NVQ level 2 in Joinery or/Fencing installer level 2.
- Must possess a valid UK driving license.
- A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.
