We specialise in designing, manufacturing, hiring and selling temporary works solutions. At MGF, we manufacture our equipment, operate our own transport fleet and have an in-house engineering team who produce design solutions to meet customers’ requirements.

With 14 depots nationwide and 400 passionate members of our team, we're expanding. Each team member plays a crucial role in this success, and we need your help as a **Welder** to continue delivering exceptional results.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Welding and manufacturing of all types of MGF Shoring Equipment from instructions and the reading of engineering drawings
- Performing high quality repairs on heavy duty steel equipment
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes
- Observe or monitor objects to determine compliance with prescribed operating or safety standards
- Visually inspect welding work to determine compliance with standards and current legislation
- Responsible for cleanliness and housekeeping within your area

**To become a Welder at MGF, the core requirements are**:

- Two years welding experience, welding heavy steel including UC, RHS, CHS
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Experience with flame cutting and grinding
- Use of overhead crane, machines, drills
- Be flexible and willing to work on a variety of assignments
