We are recruiting an Onboarding Coordinator to join our Resourcing team within our People Hub in Stockton on Tees. You will be responsible for supporting the Resourcing Business Partner with a variety of administration tasks to support with the onboarding of permanent and temporary/contractor employees for the private sector. You will be a confident communicator and be comfortable speaking to new employees and internal departments by phone. The role will be mainly office based, working around 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

**What you'll be doing**:
Contacting new employees by phone and keeping them up to date with onboarding process, to ensure a high quality onboarding experience is delivered
Reviewing data for temporary and permanent employees and planning employment start dates
Registering new employees on the vetting portal and ensuring we have retrieved the relevant proofs and ID required
Ordering kit for new starters, ensuring it will be delivered in the right timescale for their start dates
**What you’ll bring**:
Administration background, ideally within a high-volume role
Strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with experience liaising with external and internal customers over the phone
**It would be great if you had**:
Experience working within a customer service role
HR or resourcing/recruitment experience
