**Role Overview**:

**Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant?**
- We offer a basic salary of up to £30,500 dependent on experience.
- Realistic first year earnings are between £34,000 and £36,000.
- Company car scheme or Car allowance (£400 per month)
**For Experienced Recruitment Consultants**:
- **Basic Salary**: £26,000 - £28,500.
- **First-Year Earnings**: £28,000 - £31,500 (including commission).
- Starting salary of £24,250, increasing to £26,000 after a year, and £28,500 after two years (with satisfactory reviews). First-year on-target earnings up to £27,000 with commission.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

**Hours**:
- **Monday to Friday**: 8:00am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break.
