Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. The Care Assistant will provide support and assistance to residents in a care home setting or individuals receiving home care services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Escort residents to appointments or outings as needed

**Experience**:

- Experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred
- Ability to drive may be required for certain positions
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with residents and staff

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.5 per week
