Lh Cook Plumbing & Heating Ltd is looking for Administrator/Office support/Bookkeper to join our team.

**Main responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Invoicing, Filing, any administrative duties required. (Sage 50 Knowledge is beneficial)
- Purchase orders in putting using Protean Software (training will be provided)
- Excellent customer service
- Screening telephone calls and directing them to the right person
- Providing end to end customer service from client on boarding to ongoing support
- Providing team support and assisting the finance team with various tasks, including invoicing, debtor follow-ups and payments

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including a professional phone manner
- Ability to maintain high attention to detail whilst working in a high-pressure, growth-focused environment
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge, familiarity with IT and good numeracy skills
- Willingness to work hard, attitude to learn, tenacity and a growth mind-set
- good attitude is paramount

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
