We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our dedicated staff team to help us look after people with learning disabilities and complex care needs within a residential setting in Worthing.

You will become part of a high performing, incredibly welcoming team that really makes a difference to the lives of the people in our care.

**Support Worker Role**:You will be working within a small residential setting supporting service users with learning difficulties and complex needs. The shifts will be a mixture of Earlies and Lates, but we are very flexible and can work around things like childcare. Overtime available. You will support vulnerable young adults in a person-centred manner, promoting their independence and allowing them to live as full life as possible.
- relevant experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Care Worker or similar.
- passion for making a different in people’s lives.
- resilience and a “can do” attitude.
- excellent team working skills.
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- a good standard of literacy. Must be able to write reports both by hand and on the computer.
