Job Introduction We have an excellent opportunity in our West Essex NHS Talking Therapies service for an Employment Advisor. This is a key role providing support and advice to our service users to help them gain, return to or retain employment.

You will work closely with mental health clinicians and develop good working partnerships with a variety of stakeholders including employers, job centres, trade unions and employment agencies.

This is a great chance to use your relationship building and account management skills to gain in-depth knowledge of the local employment market and liaise with a range of schemes and initiatives to assist users with their employment situation.

It will be a rewarding role and a great opportunity to build on your experience and develop your career in a fast-growing company.
**Your skills and background**:
**Essential**:

- Graduate qualified or equivalent experience in the specified market
- Relationship/ Account management
- Excellent problem
- solving skills and ability to embrace challenges
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required

**Desirable**:

- Healthcare professional qualification
- Mental Health qualifications
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment
