An exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Co-Ordinator to support this small and dynamic HR team of this Fintech company based in London E14

Supporting the Senior HRBP you will coordinate and assist with the recruitment of all hires across the business
- You will be comfortable with managing the recruitment administration and tracking all hires
- Liaise with Line Managers re job spec and advertise on company website and jobsites
- Screen CV's and liaise with Stake Holders regarding selection
- Working with HR and Stakeholders to advise on challenges
- Ensure all onboarding documentation e.g., references and Right to Work are correct and saved correctly
- Update and maintain personal details
- Liaise with HR to ensure the onboarding process is carried out and highlighting any irregularities
- Ensure records are updated for MI Reporting
- Good Computer skills

**Skills required**
- Previous recruitment experience is essential (preferably a minimum of 2 years)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication to build relationships with all levels of staff and Management
- Previously worked in high volume recruitment
- Previous HR system experience would beneficial
- Good MS Teams
- Experienced of recruiting for tech or financial services would be

Duration: approximately 3 months poss perm

To commence: Immediate start / ASAP

Hybrid

Salary : £18.00 - £20.00 per hour plus accrued holiday pay

Location: Canary Wharf
