This major visual communications group specialises in the design, print and fulfilment of promotional marketing materials that stand out in a crowded market.

Our client is recruiting an experienced POS Account Manager to be based onsite in its North London office.

You will join a team of five Account Managers supporting the Account Director in looking after a group of existing accounts by providing a service that focuses on putting the customer first. This role will include occasional travel to clients sites.

As the Account Manager, you will be expected to:

- Project manage jobs from start to finish
- Take briefs from the Account Director or client and ensure all relevant information is captured correctly so accurate briefs are passed onto production
- Display a positive ‘can do’ attitude, manage client expectations when required and aim to deliver exceptional service as part of your team
- Build and develop excellent relationships with your colleagues and the production teams to ensure there is a smooth two way flow of information
- Take a hands on approach to problem solving
- Continually look for other opportunities within your client base - where can you add additional value?
- Ensure that all client information is kept up to date and accurate
- Produce case studies, competitor research relevant to the client and create any required reporting or forecasting

You must be confident in front of clients and back of house teams.
