**Job Title: Installation Supervisor**

**Location: National Role**

**Reports to: Field Installation & QA Manager**

**This is a critical, customer facing role which requires a professional and friendly approach. Responsible for delivering and maintaining high standards at all times. A pro-active attitude is required to ensure installations are completed as quickly and safely as possible and customers’ expectations are exceeded. A clear recognition of the importance of communication and good attention to detail is essential to ensure all equipment is assembled and installed in accordance with company guidelines and all health and safety considerations are taken into account.**

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 3rd party installation teams**

**Responsibilities**

**- Customer liaison with the sub-contract install teams and JHT installation**

**- First line of escalation for installation issues / snags**

**- Ensuring performance criteria is achieved for installations, including third party through agreed KPI’s / SLA’s**

**- Your experience will be used in defining continual improvements in all areas of Operations.**

**- Supervision of third party install partners including daily reporting and escalations.**

**- Ensure RAMS are written and kept up-to-date for each site**

**- Ensure the H&S requirements for each member on site are up-to-date.**

**- Snag reporting and investigation**

**- On-site installation and commissioning of equipment as required**

**- Leading the on-site customer experience**

**Accountabilities**

**- Ensuring your product knowledge is maintained to required level**

**- Maintain a professional approach at all times to ensure the reputation of JHTUK is maintained and that our customers expectations are exceeded.**

**- Complete installation of Matrix and 3rd party products with zero snagging due to the installation process.**

**- Identifying opportunities for improvement in installations activity to improve efficiency and control cost for JHTUK**

**- Your must ensure working practices meet appropriate H&S requirements at all times.**

**- The role holder is required to travel extensively within the UK and spend significant time away from home as required.**

**- You will be required to carry out ad-hoc duties as appropriate.**

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**

**Experience of installation and assembly of fitness equipment would be advantageous. The person should possess a proactive and problem solving outlook, as well as an attitude for excellence. The person should lead by example and have a flexible approach to the workload in order to ensure all departmental and company requirements are carried out. The ability to confidently liaise with customers and contractors is essential.**
