THE ROLE

We are seeking to recruit a passionate Outreach and Detached Youth Work Coordinator to join our team of Leads at Warrington Youth Zone.

As the Outreach and Detached Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with young people in the community, providing support, guidance and resources to help them navigate challenges and make positive choices. This will also involve the line management of the team who deliver on the programme.

The Coordinator will manage the Outreach team, who complete outreach work (detached from the Youth Zone Centre) each evening around the Warrington area. Detached Youth Workers work 5-hour sessions from 4.30p.m. - 9.30p.m. (3.00p.m. - 8.00p.m. Saturdays).

The Outreach team work on a rota according to availability.

**Salary**:
£25,500 - £28,000 (dependent upon experience)

CONTRACT: 40 hours per week

Fixed term until March 2026
