Have you ever worked in a fast-paced logistics environment? Maybe you have an experience in transport but want a new challenge?

We are currently recruiting for Transport Clerk to join our team in Andover on a 12 months fixed term contract, working in a partnership with one of our supermarket customers at their distribution centre. You will be working on 4 on 4 off, 06:00-18:00 shiftpattern.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of £21,075 per annum. In addition, we offer holiday pay, access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as access to a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Undertake control of the yard desk
- Tachograph control in line with legal requirements
- Handle day to day queries from drivers, customers and other internal departments
- Ensure that all drivers are debriefed and that all the paperwork is compliant

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in a similar role highly desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Working Time Directives and EU Drivers hours
- Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced transport department
