The Group executive Chef of this well run, multi outlet hotel, located in Shropshire is seeking a **Head Chef** who can put their own mark on the kitchen ideally with 4* Hotel experience. The hotel offers dining in the restaurant, brasserie, café, and also has functions rooms which are popular at the weekend and used for conferences duringthe week. The hotel prides itself on fresh food so experience of using fresh produce is essential. As head Chef you will be leading a brigade of 15 Chefs so good leadership skills are also required.
