**Paid Social Media Executive**

With such a rapidly expanding business, an incredible opportunity has arisen for a Paid Social Media Executive to join our dynamic and talented marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for delivering the Blinds 2go paid social strategy across all social media channels.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Managing the paid social media strategy for Blinds 2go across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok, effectively targeting spend to increase brand reach and conversions
- Deriving and delivering a commercially focused campaign plan, to meet key strategic business objectives
- Creating engaging targeted ads, analysing performance and taking learnings to generate optimum ROAS and brand reach
- Working closely with content creator to deliver engaging social media content to drive engagement and conversions
- Closely monitoring and regularly reporting on success of paid social media activity to wider business stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Content Marketing Executive on high profile influencer partnerships to expand reach and drive conversions
- Keep up to date with social media trends and industry news and report back suggestions and opportunities for growth to wider business
- Working with the Marketing and Creative team to initiate new ideas and inspiring content to include new launches, design stories, competitions, promotions and offers linked to the individual brand websites

**Required Experience**:

- Experience managing paid social media strategies, with a proven track record of driving engagement, reach and conversions
- Confident in managing and reporting on spend and performance of a comprehensive budget
- Proven copywriting and editing skills
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and self-motivated

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum of two years’ experience within a social media role
