We are incredibly fortunate to have our offices based in the countryside in Ashley, where our converted barn is cosy and friendly but with a corporate feel inside. Fresh air and fields of sheep make the office a great environment in which to work. All our support functions are based at Head Office as well as our Management Team. Our team contributes to a positive working environment, great teamwork and a true synchronicity of skills between us all.

To help the business with the next stage of growth we are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to help us on our journey.

**Internal Recruiter**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Scheduling telephone interviews
- Working with key stakeholders to understand the recruitment needs
- Working towards and achieving both personal and team targets on a monthly/weekly basis
- May occasionally be required to work Saturday mornings
- Previous recruitment experience is essential, either gained in an internal environment or in a genuine 360 role
- A strong understanding of complex pre-employment checks
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem solving skills
- Positive friendly attitude
- Good knowledge of social media with the ability to create engaging posts
