**About this role**

You will have full accountability for the design and delivery of customer solutions to underpin contract revenues from Global’s Top 800 multi-national customer base and acquisition customers. These are muliti-million pound individual contracts.

You need major focus to plan, manage and deliver global transformation for our customers’ new provide programme, leading multi-disciplined teams through complex change to agreed milestones, SLAs and budget parameters globally

You will be an experienced delivery professional, playing a lead role in all aspects of large and complex T&T project delivery, offering world-class market-differentiating customer experience. Engaging with customers up to and including executive level to provide confidence of BT’s delivery capability to fulfil contractual requirements during and beyond the bid stage. It’s a key role in securing BT business.

We are looking for you to drive, organise and schedule design, build and delivery teams to transition customers to BT solutions & services.Providing service excellence for Global’s new provide customers, shaping and delivering the effective delivery of customer contracts throughout Global portfolio customers. Defining and delivering outstanding customer new provide experiences which retain and grow our existing customers and attract our new customers

You will be aprt of a team that perform a pivotal role in differentiating the customer experience from competitor offerings in the market and contributes to making BT the telecommunications solution provider of choice, with new and existing customers.Accountable for the leadership and successful business performance of their new provide projects, underpinning revenue for 1 or more market units.

The team will play a supporting role in Global's ambitious growth strategy and in the win new business process through technical and service design components, ensuring optimised solutions meet and exceed customer requirements and prioritising our growth portfolio offerings

Ensuring delivery teams have clear line of sight of upcoming demand and contract requirements

Providing delivery SME into the bid process

**You'll have the following responsibilities**
- Accountable for leading and motivating a matrix global team of up to 50 FTE highly skilled and experienced Technical & Service Designers and P&PM colleagues
- Role modelling BT values and creating a strong programme team performance that demonstrates the required capabilities to deliver new provide project milestones and KPI’s to a consistently high standard
- Responsible for effective resource management to drive, organise and schedule new provide design, build and delivery teams to transition customers to BT solutions & services. To meet or exceed contract requirements that enable revenue growth for Global.
- Responsible for managing and mitigating any early pain points and/or risk for BT and customers, has the ability to use and adapt recognised project management methods and processes depending on elements of the risk profile and governance needs
- Delivers projects to contracted service levels and within defined financial targets, while also improving customer satisfaction
- Acts as a single point of contact regarding delivery for internal and external customers
- Provides overarching change governance and assurance for contract delivery, enforcing appropriate quality gates
- Governs the use of third party suppliers for programme/ project management
- Builds effective influential, senior leader working relationships with Global’s customers, strategic partners and suppliers
- Plays a pivotal role as ‘design and delivery’ SME in the bid process, providing council and guidance from a delivery/ operational perspective.
- Works with a high level of autonomy and decision making

**You'll have the following skills & experience**
- Strong leadership skills and a role model within the business i.e. evidence of building and developing talent
- Strong programme delivery - leading & driving complex multi million pound programmes
- Experience of complex global programme delivery leadership in a solution-based customer-facing environment
- Understanding of technology use case and customer benefits
- Maintains a good understanding of commercial drivers
