Property Advisory Associate
Basic salary £21,000 - £25,000, dependent on exp - realistic OTE £30,000 - £35,000

Hours:
Monday 08.00 - 18.00

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 09.00 - 18.00

Friday - 09.00 - 17.00

1 x Saturday every 4 - 6 weeks, hours 10.00 - 16.00, with time off in lieu

Our client understands that selling your home has always been a long and stressful ordeal. Their vision is simple, to make it easy for homeowners across the nation choose when they sell their homes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- No Cold Calling or drumming up own business
- Responding to warm enquiries from customers looking to sell their properties
- Building and managing relationships with a portfolio of clients with the goal of them using our services to sell their property
- Advising and educating customers of the services on offer in a succinct and effective manor
- Handling a large volume of calls from prospective customers in securing new business for the company
- Working towards KPIs and targets in order to hit commission
- No property experience needed - all training provided on the job

**Skills / Attributes**
- Able to handle a large number of enquiries from a vast array of different people, so it is essential to enjoy speaking on the telephone
- Extremely tenacious
- Confident and personable on the telephone
- Driven & be hungry to work in a high tempo environment
- Willing to learn and improve sales and customer service skills
- Career focused and have a desire to grow within an ambitious, forward-thinking company
- Self-motivated and hardworking nature - you will be part of a successful team
- Experience in telesales preferable but not essential as a positive and motivated attitude will be considered
- No previous property experience needed
