THE ROLE:
Are you an experienced Pensions Lawyer seeking a new challenge within a reputable and growing practice? An opportunity has arisen to work closely with the reputable Partner within the pensions practice and undertake a full and varied caseload of mainly transactionalpensions matters. You will be responsible for handling a broad range of pensions matters advising corporate clients and trustees across a variety of private and public sectors. The appointed Pensions Solicitor will be expected to advise on scheme funding,investments as well as provide support on mergers, acquisitions or disposals.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Pensions Solicitors will have at least 3 years PQE in managing their own caseload of matters including transactional pensions. You will display technically excellent sector knowledge and be committed to providing first-rate client experience.You will be confident and capable of managing your own caseload of matters and be looking for a supportive and encouraging practice where you can see your career flourish.
