Key duties of the Mortgage Underwriter:
- To provide a first-class service to all the customers through producing high standards of work and ensuring that all service standards are achieved.
- To develop excellent relationships with all internal and external customers in particular Mortgage Intermediaries, Business Development Managers, Valuers and Mortgage Indemnity Insurer.
The successful applicant for the Mortgage Underwriter will possess: -- Previous manual underwriting experience
- Ideally CeMap qualified (or equivalent) or prepared to study to gain the qualification
