**Pre-School Manager
- Permanent Position**

They are looking for a qualified EYFS Teacher with the passion and energy to lead an experienced team of 5 and a pre-school of 23 children. A love for outdoor learning is key as the setting enjoys wonderful outdoor space and forest school activities. Thesetting is open term-time only 8:30-3:00 however, as a manager you will of course complete some work out of these hours as necessary. Operating as free flow with mixed ages (2-5 years), the team create planning inspired from a variety of approaches includingReggio, Montessori and Hygge in the Early Years.

**Your job will, included but not limited to**:

- Day to day running of the setting
- Planning activities with the team
- Safeguarding lead
- liaising with families
- Communicating with the committee each term
- Maintaining and updating policies
- Record keeping

**The setting will offer**:

- An experienced and established team of 5 staff
- Small rural setting with wonderful outdoor space
- £12-16 per hour
- Thorough handover in December prior to start date

**You will need**:

- To be a qualified EYFS Educator
- 2 years experience
- Passion and enthusiasm for outdoor learnings and EYFS
