A brilliant opportunity has arisen for the right professional to join the team as **Healthcare Assistant. **You will the be part of a fantastic care team that provide high quality, person-centered care to elderly within their CQC rated 'GOOD' home in **Thornton Cleveleys.**

As Care Assistant you will provide assistance in all aspects of personal care and day-to-day living/activities. Roles and responsibilities within this role include:

- Assist with daily living and independent skills
- Provide emotional, physical and behavioural support
- Deliver individual and dedicated person-centered care plans
- Assist with personal care tasks
- Perform light housekeeping tasks,
- Observe, monitor and record physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to senior staff

We are offering part-time and full-time contracts to successful applicants to work a mixture of both day and night shifts. Previous experience in care is preferred.
