Beckoffice is a vibrant, dynamic bookkeeping practice based in London SE11, fully committed to the use of new technology. We are looking for a highly competent professional person, with experience in sole responsibility bookkeeping and a broad business advisory role, who is looking for an exciting opportunity working in a general practice environment.

The role will be focussed on looking after a portfolio of clients to manage and discuss with them all areas of their bookkeeping / business and then pro-actively advising them on improving their systems.

This will be an extremely stimulating opportunity to develop and grow your own clients and reporting directly to the business owner. You will be given complete autonomy, within the existing, proven framework which will provide the support and training required so that your time is spent dealing with client affairs and not tied down with general data entry.

You will need to be able to work independently, using your own initiative and be driven to provide a top quality service for clients.

This will be a very rewarding role for a self-motivated person.

**Key Skills**:
Xero Accounts software skill essential.

AAT or ICB Qualifications.

Dext & Futrli knowledge useful.

Passionate about providing great client service and customer satisfaction

Great at communicating with people at all levels - face to face and in writing

Demonstrate the ability to maintain long-term relationships in a business capacity and have a natural ability to understand a client’s business

Be comfortable managing service providers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee and manage a portfolio of interesting clients

To review and manage book-keeping, preparation of management accounts, VAT returns, to prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets.

To service and manage a specified portfolio of clients, providing excellent client service and achieving billing and financial management targets.

To advise clients on book-keeping, accounting procedures & VAT.

To ensure an effective turnaround of jobs within the department and increase efficiency to keep fully up to date on all relevant technical matters

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
