The Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join our team at Herons Dale Primary School. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for pupils and staff during term time, with additional deep cleans during all half-term breaks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cleaning classrooms, toilets, corridors, and communal areas
- Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
- Emptying bins and restocking supplies
- Following health & safety and safeguarding procedures

**Requirements**:
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Availability for scheduled deep cleans during half-term breaks
- Enhanced DBS check required (can be arranged)

What We Offer:

- £12.31 per hour, pro rata, including 4 weeks paid holiday spread over 12 months
- Full training provided
- Uniform and cleaning equipment supplied
- Friendly and supportive working environment

Expected hours: 10 per week

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
