We're looking for a **Sign Fitter’s Mate** to support our experienced installation team.

**About the Role**:
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in **joinery, carpentry, or construction** who’s interested in building a career in signage. You’ll work alongside seasoned fitters on a variety of projects, learning the ropes and getting stuck in on site installs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting senior fitters with signage installations at various sites across the UK
- Helping to assemble and install totems, built-up letters, vinyl graphics, LED signage and more
- Using hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Loading/unloading materials and prepping jobs
- Supporting safe working practices, including working at height (training provided)

**What You’ll Need**:

- **Valid CSCS card** - essential
- **Full driving licence** - essential
- Experience in joinery, carpentry, or similar hands-on trade
- Comfortable using tools and working in a site environment
- Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn
- **Signage experience is highly desirable**:

- **IPAF and PASMA** certifications are also beneficial, but not essential
