**Teaching Assistants**

We are looking for experienced TAs, Teachers, and SEN TAs to join our wonderful team to make a difference in our students of all ages and enrich lives

**Full-time**: (Monday to Friday)

**Long-term / short-term**: Available

**Pay**:£70 - £90 per day.

**Location**:Ealing, London.

**Key Responsibilities

- Passionate about working with children with various needs, this could be speech, language, behaviour.
- A patient and warm personality, eager to develop and progress those early in their education.
- Ability to build relationships with children, allowing them to build confidence and develop communication.
- Incorporate the use of senses into learning, exploring different methods with everyone. Considering the choices, needs and wishes of each pupil and encourage them to make the right choices for learning.

**Required Skills & Experience

- Have relevant childcare experience - working in a school / other childcare environment.
- Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.

**Essential criteria**: Experience working with children/young people.

**Desirable criteria**:Mental health awareness training, Special Needs experience, Team Teach or positive handling training, MIDAS trained to drive school minibus, first aid trained.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
