Project Planner

**Keltbray **_are currently looking for a _**Project Planner** _to join the project team working on the _**SSE Framework** _from our office in _**Andover.**
- Working closely with the project team, the primary purpose of this role is the provision of Project Planning and Scheduling ensuring the management of planning and scheduling aspects to the Client specification/contract requirements._
- Keltbray has a growing capability in renewable energy, including major infrastructure solutions and high voltage engineering, as well as decommissioning of redundant wind turbine assets._
- **Duties/Responsibilities**_
- _Ensure the development, implementation and execution of the Project Schedule and Planning objectives within the contracted work scope_
- _Where entitlement requires to be demonstrated offering support to the projects teams around training on Compensation Events, Extension of Time (EOT) because of delay/ disruption/ loss of efficiency._
- _Provide accurate progress measurement updates and compare with the plan._
- _Identify and document changes and variations of scope and assist in raising and tracking change orders to identify and invoice additional cost and revenue_
- **Requirements**_
- _Proficiency in MS Project and Oracle Primavera P6_
- _Minimum 5 years of experience in the utilities preferably, renewables energy i.e. Windfarms, battery storage etc._
- _Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with Company Policies/Procedures and BMS processes_
- _Prepare level 3 plans as per the WBS and produce summary level 1 views for reporting/communications._
- _Carrying out critical path analysis and develop milestone tracking systems._
- _Planning updates and management templates to measure, monitor and report progress._
- _Planning scenarios for options under consideration._
- _Analysis on mitigation measures and recovery planning and provide input to risk evaluation/analysis exercises._
