Receptionist

Meadows Care Home are looking for a Receptionist to work on a part-time basis (8 hours pw)

A purpose-built care home situated in the peaceful village of Huntly, Aberdeenshire. The Meadows Care Home off Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 43 Residents. Caring for our residents is at the heart of everything we do.

A key element of the role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to develop good relationships with residents, employees and external professionals is essential.

Receptionist Contract
- £10.42 per hour
- 8 hours per week (Friday only)
- Pension
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (Full-time contract)
- PVG paid
- Onsite parking

**Responsibilities**:

- To answer incoming telephone calls and route them accordingly or deal positively with any resulting enquiries.
- To respond positively to any face-to-face enquiries and help where possible to both visitors and clients
- To provide secretarial support, maintain record
- General filing and record maintenance
- Photocopying
- To work towards company policies and assist and contribute where possible.
- Any other duties considered reasonable by the manager or proprietor

As Receptionist, you will ensure the care homes high standards are always maintained and that each team member treats residents in the way that they would like to be treated.
