As an Events Assistant at Witherslack Group, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to empowering neurodiverse children, young people and their families with knowledge, advice and support.

**Your role**

Our events and marketing operations aims to reach and impact more people than ever before. And you’ll play a vital part in that working alongside the events manager to fulfil the events and webinar calendar. From managing our events and general enquiry database, setting up online webinars and podcasts to researching for events and podcasts, you will have every opportunity to learn what it takes to work in a faced paced events and marketing team.

**Your profile**

A specific qualification in this field is not required instead we need someone with a flair and passion for events planning. Whether this experience has been gained directly or through your background in admin, hospitality or working charity events, we want to hear from you. Exceptional communication and social skills alongside strong organisational skills will make you stand out from the crowd. We are looking for a team player who understands the whole team responsibilities and your role within that. A background working with online platforms and understanding what it takes to organise an event would be beneficial to this role but above all, you’ll be a fantastic communicator with real attention to detail and able to multi-task.
