**Job Summary**
As part of our creative team, you’ll be working closely with other designers and reporting to the Creative Director and Head of Projects. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running and take the lead on a variety of animation, motion graphics and 3D projects including:

- Creating animated mode-of-action videos for healthcare audiences
- Producing Lottie animations for interactive digital projects
- Developing green screen video content and data visualisations
- Storyboarding and asset-building for explainer videos
- Collaborating with designers and stakeholders to produce high-quality content that communicates complex concepts clearly and effectively

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute high-quality animations and visual assets for a range of healthcare marketing projects
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualise and storyboard ideas
- Design for usability and clear communication, especially in complex healthcare scenarios
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects while incorporating creative innovation
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects

**Skills and Experience**
- **Mid Level**: Proven experience in animation and design, preferably in a fast-paced studio environment
- **Software Expertise**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Experience with Cinema 4D and Blender for 3D work is highly preferred.
- **Design-Focused**: Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to prioritise functionality and user experience in animation.
- **Bonus**: Experience in healthcare or pharma animation is a plus, but not required.
- **Education**: A degree in graphic design, illustration, or animation is preferred, but relevant experience is more important.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
